Winning lines

What runs longest: Brain supplement ads

Lines from ads in Meta’s public Ad Library, longest-running first, each with Vera’s tier and rule.

Running longest is not proof a line sells: a brand keeps an ad running for its own reasons. Correlation only.

No brand, product or ad is named. Flagged lines are described, not quoted.

Longest-running first

20 ads in this category, read by Vera from 30 October 2026 to 2 November 2026. Days running is how long each ad had been running when we read it, from the start date the library shows. The line at rank 3 is shown; the rest are locked, with the rank, the days running, the tier and the rule in view and the line hidden.

Tiers: Red is wording Vera expects a regulator or a platform to act on, Yellow is any other finding, Green is nothing to flag. The rule is where the finding comes from: the FTC, the FDA or Meta’s ad rules.

Median days running, by tier

A median is shown only for a tier with at least 8 ads. Red and Yellow have fewer, so no median is shown for them.

Method

We read ads in Meta’s public Ad Library. Vera, an AI, read each ad’s words against Meta’s published ad rules and the FTC and FDA guidance, and gave each a tier and the rule it rests on. A tier and a rule show what Vera flagged; we do not know what Meta decided about any of these ads. Vera read each ad’s headline and the start of its text, not its picture or video or the page it leads to.
