What comes back, and the limits.

Free rescue

What comes backThe real reason it was rejected, in plain words; a fixed version that keeps the hook; and a draft of your appeal.
WhenThe same day, on US business days.
CostFree for up to 3 ads in your first month. You do not need to join.
What we coverRejections and restrictions caused by the claims in your words. A rejection that comes from payments, tools, account security or Meta’s limits on tracking data is outside what we fix; if that is what your notice says, we tell you, and the free account checklist is the place to start.
No promise of approvalMeta or Amazon decides whether the fixed version or the appeal goes through, and either can reject, restrict or ban for reasons beyond claims. We make no promise that they won’t.
After thatWe never act in your accounts. You submit the fixed ad and the appeal yourself.
Never sendPasswords or logins; we never need them.
PrivateWhat you send is used to fix your ad and write your reply and, only if you tick the box, anonymised to improve Vera. We do not sell it, and we do not show your ad or name your brand anywhere without your permission. Email hello@merchient.com to have it deleted. Our privacy policy lists the providers that process it.

Not about claims? The free account checklist.

Meta stops ads for reasons that have nothing to do with the words. Check these first. Each line quotes Meta’s own page, as Merchient’s library read it on 19 October 2026; Meta changes its pages often, so follow the link.

  1. Payments. “When the payment method you’re using to run ads on Facebook, Messenger, Instagram or Meta Audience Network fails, your ads are paused and your ad account is disabled until you pay the amount due.” Fix a failed payment issue on Meta
  2. A daily spending limit. “When you reach your limit, your ads pause and resume the next day when the limit resets.” About daily spending limits set by Meta
  3. Unusual activity. Meta lists, among its reasons to restrict advertising: “Meta notices unusual payment or account activity, high rates of failed payments or disputed payments.” About advertising restrictions
  4. Two-factor authentication for every admin. “If two-factor authentication isn’t turned on, Meta may restrict or remove people’s access to advertising, remove their permission to manage or edit their shop, or remove a payment method.” About two-factor authentication for your business portfolio
  5. A hacked account. Admins you don’t know, changed emails, ads you did not create. How do I secure a hacked account?
  6. The landing page. “The products and services promoted in an ad must match those promoted on the landing page.” Introduction to the Advertising Standards
  7. An ad that ran, then was rejected. “Previously approved ads can be selected for another review for various reasons, including if people hide, block, report or otherwise provide negative feedback about an ad.” Why some ads are approved, then rejected
  8. The whole ad account restricted, not one ad. That is a different review: “There is a limited number of times you can request an advertising restriction review.” Request a review for a restricted advertising account
  9. Before you delete a rejected ad. “If you delete the ad, you may lose your ability to request another review if you believe your ad was incorrectly rejected.” How to troubleshoot a rejected ad
  10. Tracking data. “If you send events to Meta from a website domain that violates Meta’s terms and policies, the domain may be blocked from sending events to Meta.” That affects measurement, not the ad’s approval, and a rescue cannot lift it. Troubleshoot blocked website domains
  11. On Amazon, the notice is in Account Health. Read it before you change the listing.
