Agencies
The same two, per client brand.
For each client brand: the 48-Hour Claims Audit, then Vera, your claims employee. The first three client brands at an agency are at the founding price. No percentage, no white label.
The 48-Hour Claims Audit, per client.
Every live ad and page the client runs, read in 48 hours: the Red and Yellow lines, each with the rule in plain words and a safer line that keeps the sell; the category’s Winning Lines; the client’s Claim Gap. Read by Vera, checked by a person. $450, $750 or $1,200, by the client’s live ads. If it finds nothing Red or Yellow, it is refunded in full.
Vera, per client.
Every new ad and page pre-cleared before it runs, same-day rescues and appeals, the weekly watch, and Winning Lines and the Claim Gap every month. $1,500 a month for an agency’s first three client brands, then $2,500 a month. The audit’s price counts in full toward the first month (how).
How to send a client’s case.
- Email akhil@merchient.com with the subject “Rescue” and your client’s brand name after it, for example “Rescue: (client’s brand)”.
- Say what happened: an ad rejected, or an ad account restricted.
- Attach the ad (or paste its text), the notice Meta sent, and the link to the page the ad sends people to.
- Say who the fix goes back to: you, or your client with you copied.
One address for every client. Each client is kept separate, and nothing about one client is shown to another.
What your client gets.
- The real reason, quoting the rule it trips.
- The corrected wording, keeping the hook your team wrote.
- For an ad, an appeal draft; for an account, the review request.
For a client on Vera, all of it comes back to you within one US business day. You decide what reaches your client.
Small print: Risk review, not legal advice. Amazon is not covered. No promise that Meta runs an ad or restores an account: Meta decides, and acts for reasons beyond claims.
