After you join

What happens after you pay, in order.

Updated

You do two things on the first day. Then Vera, Merchient’s AI employee, gets to work, and Akhil reviews the findings before every first report.

The order

  1. Share your Meta ad account with Merchient, view-only. You add Merchient as a partner, with view-only access to your ad account. It takes two minutes. Merchient’s business portfolio ID is 1903112860670263.

    Steps to check

The click-by-click steps, with Meta’s menu names, are on our connect page. We checked them against Meta’s Business Help Center on 14 October 2026; Meta changes its menus from time to time, so if yours look different, follow Meta’s own article: Give a partner access to business assets in your business portfolio.

  2. Send us your store’s address. Email it to hello@merchient.com. Vera reads your public pages line by line. Nothing to log in to, no software.
  3. The full first report, within 48 hours. You get the full first report within 48 hours of connecting, counted from when you share it. Each risky claim is quoted, with who would act on it (Meta, the FTC or the FDA) and a safe rewrite that keeps the hook. Akhil reviews the findings before every first report. After that, a brief from Vera every morning: new or changed risks, or a one-line all-clear.
  4. A claim dossier for each product. After the first report: for each product, the claims it makes, the evidence for each claim at your product’s dose, where the claim has been approved, and its history.
  5. Rescue: send us any rejection. If Meta rejects an ad or Amazon pulls a listing, send it through the rescue form, or email it to akhil@merchient.com with the subject “Rescue”. The same day, on US business days, you get the real reason in plain words, a fixed version that keeps the hook and a draft of your appeal. You submit them yourself, and Meta or Amazon decides.
