| What we cover | Rejections and restrictions caused by the claims in your words. A rejection that comes from payments, tools or account security is outside what we fix; if that is what your notice says, we tell you. |
| After that | We never act in your accounts. You submit the fixed ad and the appeal yourself, and Meta or Amazon decides. |
| Private | What you send is used only to fix your ad and write your reply. We do not sell it, and we do not show your ad or name your brand anywhere without your permission. Email hello@merchient.com to have it deleted. Our privacy policy lists the providers that process it. |
